Shipping Cost

For all orders, shipping cost is A$9.95

While we use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.

Order Changes

Once your order has been confirmed, it can't be modified or canceled. If you wish to return a product, you must start the returns procedure once you've received the item.

Item Not Received

If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered, you should contact the carrier directly. Once the item is with the carrier, we don't have control over it. However, if the problems persist, kindly write us at au@homeloftglobal.com and we'll try our best to help and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Sometimes tracking information won't be available due to technical issues. In such cases, if you're still unable to locate your item, contact us at au@homeloftglobal.com and we'll assist you to resolve the issues at our earliest.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Handelnine Global LLC is not liable for damaged or lost products during shipping. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim if you received your order damaged.
