11 gauge zig zag chair (sinuous) springs in a 10 length section. Commonly used in ottomans, chairs (seat and back), auto seats (seat and back), and sofas (seat back) and take the place of coil springs. For heavier weight-bearing seat cushions, consider using the 9 gauge springs. Zig Zag Springs General Guidelines:

Furniture Seat Backs: 11 Gauge
Auto Seat Backs: 12 Gauge (or 11 gauge for heavier duty use)
