Recliner mechanism assist locking or tension spring. The recliner repair spring measures approx. 4 3/4 inch long from hook to hook. It has 21 coils and is approx. 11/16" inch diameter. The 2 hooks are offset from each other. One hook protrudes approx. 1 1/2 Inches above the coil. Each hook end has a plastic coating for noise reduction.
