DIY Tofu
1. Soak soybeans for 4 hours, make soy milk with a soymilk machine, strain and boil, then cool to 80C/180F.
2. Put in an appropriate amount of white vinegar (or brine, etc.) and stir clockwise, stir well and stand for 10 minutes.
3. Lay gauze on the tofu mold, and put the still-made tofu into the mold until it is 90% full. Wrap the gauze and close the lid.
4. Put a heavy object on top of the mold and press it for about 1 hour to press out the water.
