Our barn quilts are premium quality that will be maintenance free for years to come.

Just give them a wash every so often with soap and water and thats it.

Once installed at the top of a barn gable or anywhere you mount them, they won't need repainting every few years like a painted wood quilt will.

Our 11.5" - 46" boards are crafted from building-grade PVC (that looks just like wood) and imaged with UV and weather stable digital prints. Our 92" boards are crafted from 1.4" Alumiacorr sign board.

Our boards were designed to be used as wood replacements for long-lasting fascia and trim in the building industry.

We have successfully used these boards for more than 40,000 signs shipped around the country since 2001.

They are rigid, strong and lightweight and handle all weather conditions very well.

They do not swell with moisture and will not rot, crack, splinter or peel like painted wood does.

We also use the highest quality high performance vinyl for increased longevity of the quilt image.
