Arcos Universal Salmon Knife with a high quality steel blade for the kitchen. With this knife you can cut salmon into slices of any diameter to enjoy its exquisite flavour. It has a blade with alveoli that helps you to make better cuts, avoiding food residue on the knife.
PRECISION AND DURABILITY: This fish knife is made using a patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. It is the result of shaping stainless steel with nitrogen to obtain a powerful and ultra-resistant tool.
CLASSIC AND SAFE DESIGN: Handle designed for daily use without losing design, where straight lines with large formal contrasts and color predominate. It's made of polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
