Description

Peeler knife, with a 100 mm blade, ideal for cutting and peeling vegetables and fruit with high precision. It also includes a chefs knife, with a 160 mm blade, suitable for cutting meat, filleting fish, chopping aromatic herbs or peeling vegetables and incorporates a chef's knife with a 210 mm blade, suitable for chopping, slicing and dicing any type of food, with a smooth balance.
- PRECISION AND SMOOTHNESS: Made using a patented technique by ARCOS called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. It is the result of shaping stainless steel with nitrogen to obtain a powerful and ultra-resistant tool.
- SOFT GRIP: The handle is made 100% from ovengkol, a hard wood sourced from a tree native to Africa, that comes from well-managed FSC certified forests. Another of its main characteristics are its brass rivets that give the handle an avant-garde design.
