- The 160 mm Brooklyn Series Boning Knife features a slim, smooth-edged blade for cleaning meats. It features a traditional design to efficiently separate the bone from cuts of meat or poultry. Its sharp blade is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and allows you to make precise cuts quickly.
- SPECIAL AND ERGONOMIC DESIGN: The design of this new series is surprising due to its characteristic handle color with bluish tones, providing character and distinction. The handle is made of micarta, which results in a rigid piece that is anticorrosive and pleasant to the touch. It has an ergonomic design with a half ferrule, which favors the best use of the knife and its optimal sharpening. In addition, it includes stainless steel rivets.
