Its a multi-purpose knife that can be used professionally as well as at home to clean, slice and chop vegetables. With tongue-and-groove stainless steel rivets that are highly resistant to corrosion. It is the result of shaping stainless steel with nitrogen to obtain a powerful and ultra-resistant tool. Lastly, this knife is made with stainless steel rivets to ensure a better grip.
- Ergonomic and safe design: The handle is lightweight and has smooth shapes and rounded lines for a comfortable grip. It has been made in polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
