APW Wyott 7 Qt. Round Drop-In Soup Well With E-Z Lock, UL Listed The APW Wyott SM-50-7UL 7 Qt. round drop in soup well allows you to conveniently serve your famous soups or sauces in a buffet, banquet hall, or cafeteria. It can accommodate standard 7 Qt. round insets while requiring only a 8-3/4" diameter cutout space. This convenient drop in soup well features E-Z Locks around the edges that allow it to easily be installed into metal countertops, and it also includes a 1/2" drain with a removable screen to make cleanup quick and simple. An easily accessible calrod heating element is mounted under the well in the circular fashion to achieve even heat distribution.
