• Metal Thermometer - The still is equipped with a stainless steel thermometer. The distillation temperature can be observed at any time. When the temperature reaches about 85 degrees Celsius, the spirits starts to be distilled. The distillation temperature is between 85 and 90 degrees Celsius. Reduce the heat when the temperature is over 90 degrees Celsius, and stop the distillation before the temperature reaches 100 degrees Celsius.
• Wide Application - Can make grain liquor, distilled water, hydrosol, rice wine, fruit wine, wine, brandy, whiskey, essential oil etc. Besides, the barrel can be used for fermentation, or as a sealed container.
