Using Method:
1. Hold the ceramic rod vertically, ensure that the angle between knife and rod is about 30 degree(very important to maintain the same angle).
2. Hone the blade from heel to tip along the rod.
3. Turn over blade and repeat the honing process for 2~3 times.

Note:
1. It is not available to use on ceramic knife blades.
2. Please allow 0-2cm error due to manual measurement. Thanks for your understanding.
