Useful Tips:
PREP: Using your preferred puck prep method, fill your portafilter with freshly ground coffee to your desired grind size.
DISTRIBUTE: Retract the distributor side to its shallowest depth. Place the distributor on your portafilter, blade side down. Adjust the depth if necessary until you achieve a flat, level surface every time. No pressure is needed at this stage. Gently spin 2-3 times.
TAMP: With the flat side down, extend the tamper to the desired depth and press lightly, ensuring a clean and smooth tamp.
